Shopper’s Diary: Selvedge Drygoods Shop in London
August 21st, 2009
From Sarah:
High on my itemize of must-sees in the UK was the newborn Selvedge accumulation in North London; the prototypal retail stake of the superbly literary entrepot Selvedge, which documents “a belief grouping supported on a intellectual and hot dependency to textiles in every forms.” A pair of eld past Selvedge launched an online goods store; today they’ve unsealed a brick and howitzer class at 164 Archway Road unshoed textile-related books, fabrics, needlecraft notions, and handstitched objects from the goods range. Go to Selvedge for more information.
